February Fun
I have started to post a couple times, but then decided that I didn't have anything interesting to say. So after a few weeks of not much going on, here are some highlights:
1 trip to St. Louis for the temple
1 eye appointment for Todd
2 opportunities to eat with the sister missionaries (okay, the other will be on Sunday).
7 out of ten completed discs of the audio version of "1776."
2 out of 4 discs listened to of the audio version of "The 5 Love Languages." We are listening to it this month, you know, February being the month of love and all.
1 outing to get frozen yogurt, in combination with our trip to the Kansas City Library. (I think that was still in January).
1 cultural appreciation night...China. We made General Tsao's chicken, chow mein, and homemade fortune cookies. We listened to chinese music and learned about Chinese history and culture. (That was also in January).
2 new foods tried and liked by Savannah, carrots and sweet potatoes. The only ice cube trays that we have, not being occupied by the ice we use, make christmas tree shapes. So, consequently, all of Savannah's baby food is Christmas-tree shaped.
10 painted Savannah toe nails.
1 trip to the doctor at the end of January for shots and to find out that her head is in the 95th %tile, and her height in the 92nd %tile! Her weight is about average at 16lb 11oz.
That's it for now. Happy Valentine's! Love, all 3 of us
